What to Expect

The 12-week Volvo training program includes advanced technical instruction and valuable career preparation to ensure that you will be successful in your new career with Volvo. The course curriculum includes both classroom and hands-on training to ensure that all students receive extensive experience with Volvo equipment and vehicles. Upon completion of training, students will begin their career as a Volvo Quality Technician and Certified Associate.

• Warranty, TIE & Workshop Procedures

Are there any costs associated with the Volvo SAFE Program?
No – there are zero costs associated with the program. All training expenses are paid for by Volvo Car USA.

Yes – program participants must commit to working at their Volvo retailer for a minimum of 12-months.
